At the beginning of 2021, we gave you a sneak peek of all the exciting things we were working on. In the first four months of the year, we’ve launched our rewards checking accounts, TransferNow, new debit card designs, and we’re not done yet.
What’s up next? A new alerts system!
When it comes to your bank account, you should never miss a thing. The new system will notify you the instant something important happens in your account.
We will be converting to the new system Wednesday, May 5. Here are all the ways you’ll be able to be notified about your balance, transactions, transfers, security, and more:
- Text*
- Secure inbox in online banking
- Notifications on your smartphone from the FNBSF Mobile App
If you currently receive alerts about your account, you will need to enroll in our new system in online banking, or have us do it for you. You cannot do this until the launch date, May 5, 2021.
Once the new system is up and running, we will provide instructions about how to get started, so watch your email in the coming weeks. We’ll also be sharing more information right here on our blog and on our social channels.
