As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of our customers and our teammates, we’ve closed the lobbies at all of our locations due to COVID-19. We know that your banking needs are more important now than ever. Here are some ways you can make deposits or get cash while our lobbies are closed.
Mobile Deposit
You may make a deposit using the mobile deposit feature on our online banking app. See our blog post for more information on making a mobile deposit.
Drive-ups
Seeing customers is always the best part of the day for our tellers. They’d be happy to help you with a deposit, cashing a check, or a withdrawal when you visit the drive-up at any of our 11 full-service locations.
Secure Night Drops
Most of our locations have a secure night drop, so you can safely make your deposit anytime. (Please note: deposits made at the night depository after 8:30 a.m. Central Standard Time will not be processed until the following day.)
Advantage ATMs
Because FNB owns The Advantage Network, our customers can get cash surcharge-free! You can also make deposits at the following Advantage Network ATMs around the Sioux Falls area. (Please note: FNB’s cutoff time for deposits is 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Deposits made after the cutoff time will post the next business day.)
