Values & Culture
Well, having a foot of snow dumped on us was certainly the most South Dakota way to start the new year.
With your help, we’ve given $41,821.49 back to local schools through our Community Card program this year!
So…it’s no secret that we are really proud of our culture around here. And it just so happens that we recently won an award for our outstanding workplace!
Many may remember — and others have likely heard the history — when downtown Sioux Falls was not quite the center of life for the city that it is today.
Have you ever stopped at Breadsmith on a chilly November day and been surprised with a free loaf of bread? Perhaps you’ve been walking down Phillips Avenue in the summer and were offered a free snow cone.
If you were given a million dollars, how would you use the money to improve your community? Well, it’s not a million dollars, but since 2005, we have awarded $84,000 in scholarships to local high school seniors!
Have you heard about our KindnessFirst events yet? Maybe you’ve been surprised with a free loaf of bread at Breadsmith, or maybe you’ve been treated to free snow cones on Phillips Avenue.
January was National Hobby Month, so we spent it talking to our teammates about their hobbies.
Since 2012, we have given $254,851.97 back to the schools in our Community Card program! When you use your FNB Community Card for credit purchases, we donate a portion of each purchase amount to the school on your card.
