“I’ve been a west-side Sioux Falls kid my whole life, so I’m excited to get to know the east-siders at our Arrowhead branch.”

I came to First National Bank for the bankers’ hours (sort of kidding), but I stayed for the people and the culture!

During my more than eight years of banking, I’ve worked in customer service, behind the teller line, and in an office. Whatever it is I’m doing to serve our customers, my favorite aspect of my job has always been building relationships.

My strengths include patience and problem solving, as I enjoy helping others dig into any issues and finding reasonable solutions. For example, I’ve helped many of our customers create a budget and come out ahead when they stick to it.

With my husband, Jon, I have a daughter, Blake, and two sweet pitties, Jax and Rory. I’m a huge concert-goer (usually country or rock) and have seen Thomas Rhett 10 times and Daughtry 15 times.

I also enjoy taking photos for family and friends, and you can find me volunteering with LifeScape and at Rake the Town in the fall.

One piece of financial advice I would offer is to allocate room in your budget for your hobbies or favorite activities (like Daughtry concerts). That way, you know whether you can afford something fun, and it doesn’t become a “negative” when trying to squeeze it into your budget.
