New alert system

When it comes to your money, you should never miss a moment. That’s why we’ve been working hard to bring you a new and improved alerts system. Now, you can receive updates about your account activity however you choose:

Notifications from the FNBSF Mobile or Business Banking App
Email
Secure inbox in online banking

The best part? You can pick and choose which alerts you’d like to receive, how you’d like to receive them, and when. All you need to do is log in to online banking and follow the steps below. 

Any alerts set up in the old system will be deactivated on June 5, 2021. Customers who currently have alerts enabled will need to re-enroll before this date in order to continue to receive alerts. Customers who currently have alerts enabled and also turn on the new alerts will receive dual alerts until that date. If you wish to have your old alerts deactivated before that, or have any other questions, please contact us.

If you aren’t currently enrolled in personal online banking, you can sign up here. If you don’t have online banking, you can have a banker or our customer service team set up your alerts for you.
