Have you heard?! We now have after-hours customer service available on weeknights after 5:00 p.m., weekends, and holidays* when you call (605) 335-5200 or 800-339-1160.
Over the last several months, we’ve been working to implement after-hours customer service for you, and we’re happy to say that this enhanced service is live! From now on, you can call us at 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, at 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and even on bank holidays — excluding Christmas Eve evening, Christmas Day, and New Year’s* — and someone will answer the phone.
Our after-hours teammates will be available to assist you with balance inquiries, internal transfers, Personal Online Banking questions, ATM and debit card issues, and several other banking functions between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
You’ll hear a language-selection voice prompt at the beginning of the call, but don’t hang up! Not only is this normal, but the option to choose either English or Spanish is an awesome feature of this enhanced service. Also, you’ll hear some different names and voices other than Ryan or Megan or our great people that you’ve come to know, but don’t worry — you’re still in good hands.
