Executive Vice President and Chief Employee Experience Officer

Jennifer is the newest member of our Leadership team. She’s from Dell Rapids, South Dakota, and comes to us with an array of accomplishments including:

  • Earning an Associate degree in Personnel Administration/Human Resources from the Community College of the Air Force
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Dakota State University
  • A Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls
  • An Educational Doctorate Degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota

While she is new to the banking industry, Jenn brings experiences from other highly charged and visible roles to the Bank. She appreciates the rich history and culture of FNB and proudly shares it’s one of the reasons she decided to join the Bank family.

Jenn has proudly served her state and country as a Chief Master Sergeant for the South Dakota Air National Guard for 25 years. She’s had several accomplishments from both her professional roles and her role in the military.

When she isn’t at work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends at the lake, running, biking, and traveling. She also mentors individuals, teams, organizations who are focused on personal and professional growth.
