The Patriots and the Fliers Cash In
In the past few weeks, the Lincoln Patriots and the Flandreau Fliers have cashed in on their earnings through the First National Bank Community Card program.
On January 20, the Lincoln Patriots were presented with a $1,427 check at the girl’s basketball game against Roosevelt. This was Lincoln High School’s first check.
Next, the Flandreau Fliers were presented with a $1,608.56 check on February 3, before the boy’s basketball game against Colman-Egan. This brings the total earned for the Flandreau School District to $8,112.86!
With 12 participating schools, First National Bank has given back nearly $30,000 to area schools since the program’s inception in 2012.
