Allyson spent her childhood in Rochester, Minnesota, but her family moved to Brandon when she was in high school. Later, she studied at USD and went on to work in financial services for over 20 years. She recently joined FNB because of the Bank’s strong family values and commitment to the communities we serve. Outside of work, Allyson enjoys watching her kids play sports, spending time with her family, and reading. She also volunteers at the St. Francis house serving lunches or dinners.
Q: What is your role at FNB? What does your day-to-day work look like?
I am a Personal Trust Account Administrator. I work with clients to reach their financial goals for themselves and future generations.
Q: What’s the best memory or experience you’ve had at FNB?
I started at FNB during a pandemic; that alone is pretty memorable. In order to provide a safe and healthy work environment, we don’t all work in the office at the same time, so we have monthly Zoom calls, which have been a really fun way to get to meet my coworkers.
Q: If you could switch jobs with anyone at the Bank, who would it be and why?
Investments. It is so interesting to listen to the Portfolio Managers talk to clients. They have such a vast knowledge of the markets and can provide so much helpful information.
Q: If you had $500 to spend at any local business, where or what would you spend it on?
There are so many choices of good, locally owned businesses in town, but my first stop would be Papa Woody’s, that is my favorite.
