Thursday, May 7 at 8:00 a.m. – Our Benson Road drive-up is back open!

Monday, May 4 at 8:00 a.m. – The drive-up hours at open branches have been extended to 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Tuesday, April 28 at 8:00 a.m. -Effective immediately, the limit of six-per month on non-personal transfers or withdrawals from savings accounts has been suspended. You may make an unlimited number of withdrawals or transfers from your savings account by any method until further notice.

Thursday, April 9 at 3:00 p.m. – Our Harrisburg and Benson Road Branches are temporarily closed. Drive-up hours at open branches are 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Our 57th Street and Arrowhead Branches are temporarily closed on Saturdays.

Friday, April 3 at 11:15 a.m. – The lobby, drive-up, and night drop at our Louise Branch are all temporarily closed.

Friday, April 2 at 4:30 p.m. – Business owners who would like to like to get into our queue for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) can sign up here.

Tuesday March, 24 at 8:15 a.m. – The atrium, which is part of our Downtown building, is now closed. Please reach out to our tenants directly if you need to meet with them. We have an ATM located in our east parking lot for you to access while our atrium ATM is unavailable.

Tuesday, March 17 at 3:30 p.m. – The One Sioux Falls fund launched for those who have been experiencing financial hardships due to the Coronavirus. We’re proud to help with this initiative and even prouder to be a part of such a great community.

Monday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. – Malicious COVID-19 related phishing emails have been spotted in many inboxes in the last couple of weeks. Cybercriminals will often use the branding of “trusted” organizations in these phishing attacks, especially the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in order to build credibility and trick users into opening attachments or to clicking on links. If a link looks suspicious, don’t click on it and delete it. Be sure to go to the official CDC and World Health Organization pages for any info regarding COVID-19.

Friday, March 13 at 3:15 p.m. – All of our branches that are in a retirement community will be closed the week of March 16-20. In addition only the drive-thru at our Harrisburg location will be open next week.

Friday, March 13 at 9:30 a.m. – We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic will likely create challenges and stress for our customers, families, farms, businesses, and communities. As a local bank that values our relationships and puts our customers FIRST, we want you to know that we are here for you.

The health and safety of our employees and customers comes first, and we have been monitoring the COVID-19 virus very closely and will follow the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and South Dakota Department of Health. Our Pandemic Response Team is meeting daily to assess the situation and take the necessary precautions and steps to help stop the spread of the virus. We have begun using a strong cleaner solution and have hand sanitizer and wipes available for use.

We encourage you to take these preventative steps to avoid the spread of respiratory illnesses:

  • Wash your hand with soap for at least 20 seconds
  • Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer often
  • Limit touching your face and mouth
  • Cover cough and sneezes with a tissues
  • Stay home if you have any symptoms
