Customer and employee safety are our first priorities at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. During this challenging time, we want to ensure that we keep business moving while doing what’s right for our communities.

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, and until further notice, access to the inside of our branches will be available only by appointment. Here are some of the ways we can help with your banking needs during this time:

  • Call your preferred branch for an appointment, regarding any of our banking, mortgage, and wealth management services
  • Use bank drive-ups or secure night drops
  • Contact our Customer Service team at (605) 335-5200 or 800-339-1160
  • Use our online and/or banking services

We understand this may cause some modification of the routines and potential for wait times in drive-up lines. Although our offices are closed to the public, our teammates remain committed to supporting you and meeting your financial needs.

If you need a hand with any of your banking services – including setting up online or mobile banking – we are here for you. Reach out to our Customer Service Team at (605) 335-5200 or 800-339-1160, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. or fill out a brief form on our Contact Us page, and we’ll get back in touch as soon as possible. If you aren’t enrolled in online or mobile banking, now is a great time to start! You can enroll by filling out a short form online.
