bankOnline is a suite of online products featuring:
Online Banking
Online Banking gives you access to your personal and business accounts online. You can:
- View the front and back of your checks
- Make mortgage and loan payments
- Review account transactions
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Check account balances
- Pay monthly bills
- Make person-to-person payments through PopMoney
- Download account information into financial management software such as Quicken, Microsoft Money, Quickbooks, and others
Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking gives you access to account information through your cell phone:
- Make mortgage and loan payments
- Review account transactions
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Check account balances
Sign up by clicking on the Options button once you log into bankOnline. You will need to input your phone number and carrier as well as set up a four digit PIN. Upon completion of this step, you will receive a text message containing a one-time password. You may either click on the link in the message or go to www.fnbsf.com/mb to enter your access ID, one-time password, and four-digit PIN. Each time you log in you will receive another text message with a new one-time password to use the next time you want to access your accounts.
Your phone must have internet access and a browser that supports XHTML pages. Please contact your wireless carrier for specific questions relating to the settings on your phone.
Bill Pay
Save time and money by utilizing our bill pay service to conveniently pay your bills. Payments for loans, credit cards, utilities, or other bills can be handled online.
eAlerts
By using eAlerts, you can be notified electronically when there is activity on your deposit account(s), such as when a deposit has been received or your account falls below a set amount.
Messages can be sent to your email address, cell phone, or bankOnline message box showing specific transactions on your account(s).
eStatements
For the ultimate in green banking, receive your banking statements and disclosures online. After your statement or disclosure has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is available to view online. Electronic statements and disclosures are viewed through online banking under the documents tab. Sign up by clicking on the eStatement button once you log into bankOnline.
Security
bankOnline and Mobile Banking are accessed through a secure internet connection. Individual identification codes and passwords protect access to your account information. To further protect you from fraud and identity theft, our online banking utilizes image security with a secret image and pass phrase while Mobile Banking uses a one-time password.
Software Requirements
bankOnline only works with certain hardware and software systems. Hardware and/or software may become outdated and unable to support bankOnline, and the customer will be required to upgrade from time to time. For Mobile Banking, you will need a cell phone with a browser and data service.
